I bought this as I heard it could help me sleep and improve my concentration levels. I am so glad that I came across this little miracle and wish that I had known about it 10 years ago. For years I have suffered from ADD, I even had to give up my job as a lifeguard due to poor concentration levels and now have an office job (which is even worse) But now I feel like the possibilities are endless. I am sleeping brilliantly, feel really alert throughout the day aswell as relaxed and calm. Thankyou Trion:Z for making my life so much better.
